That means that if a plant under our care should ever lose its health or quality of appearance,

we will replace it at no charge from our comprehensive inventory of trees, plants, and live flowers.

It is important to understand that our guarantee means replacement long before a plant deteriorates.

There are some conditions beyond our control such as abuse or limiting access to care for the plants

that may affect the applicability of our guarantee.
